Barangaroo Eats :12-Micron

This is the first of many of my Barangaroo Eats feature. Do check out my instagram account as well.

The first thing I like about this place is that it opens late and on Sundays too! Not a very common occurrence for most Sydney restaurants. The vast space in this restaurant is also great for family gatherings and special occasions as you can actually have a meaningful conversations in a pleasant, serene environment with an amazing view.

Now let us dive in to the food. I have been here twice. Ordered ala carte the first time and the set menu the second time. I would recommend going with the former…more flexibility with selections.

I find the menu pleasantly creative and tastefully curated with a modern Australian theme. Great combination of seafood and meat selections.

The! They are not sickeningly sweet and the one that takes the crown is no doubt the Earl gray parfait with mandarin jelly.

I will be back for more.

Moreton bay bug, king prawn, shellfish emulsion
Duck, beetroot, macadamia, alpine pepper
Earl gray parfait + mandarin jelly
