I must say WOW for Sasaki
This is truly a hidden gem close to its sister daytime cafe, Cafe CreAsion (another favourite of mine for delicious macarons and green tea chiffon cakes )
Finding this place was too similar to my experience in Kyoto looking for Kaiseki style places with their nondescript front entrance (white cropped linen curtains above ). My first visit was a few months ago when the restaurant first opened and I am definitely heading there back again for a special occasion.

Being there transports me back in time when I was exploring the streets of Kyoto looking for fabalous food finds.  Do not be deterred by the seating arranagements  (table and stools ) , Sasaki’s menu will certainly make you forget that you are seating on stools . But hey, nothing beats good traditional Japnanese ambience to give the food an extra punch !
