Fusion food at its best!
This is one cafe that designs innovative recipes which sets them apart from the generic “big breakfast” menus
Definitely bring a friend to enjoy bits and bobs of everything. If you think the mains look promising , wait till you get to dessert.
Top of the list for me would be “the eel-ness ” and the squid ink pasta with smokes salmon. If seafood is not up your alley, give the pork belly burger with spicy korean kimchi or “chicken attack “.
As you can see, you can already pick out hints of japanese, korean and even italian cuisine in the menu
Their unique egg waffles apparently originate from Hongkong and again, you can choose various toppings . My favourite is none other than the Hokkaido Red Bean and Match signature waffle…the fanciest part of it is you can pour fresh japanese green tea on top of your waffle for that special zing of extra matcha-ness . Oh so good!
Average spending here is approx $70-75 for 2 people . Not bad access as well as it is right across from Central Station on Chalmers Street.
Go get dazzled by this awesome one of a kind fusion cafe !
